While working at Brittain, Charlotte King has undertaken various training courses to progress her career. She began the Team Leader NVQ in 2014, then progressed to the Management Level 3 NVQ which she completed in March 2015 and, in September 2015, she started an HR CIPD Level 3.
Charlotte also recently completed and passed a coaching model where she was asked to carry out an observed coaching session. Well done, Charlotte!
